Return Policy

RETURNS. While we hope you love everything you purchase from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Customer happiness is our number one priority around here & we are happy to have a flexible return policy! We are happy to issue a full refund if contacted within 14 days of receipt of items. We only allow returns for unworn, unwashed items & items must be free of perfume & stains such as deodorant. If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair or any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost & we will no longer be able to accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though!
To initiate a return, please email info@groveclothingnc.com. We will then reply with a return authorization form! We need this form to be included in your package to properly process your return!
*Please note, mystery items, sale items, use of a sale code & any other items specifically listed are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.

All personalized items are FINAL SALE unless a mistake is made on our behalf.
